Specification parameters 

Diameter: Common diameters include 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, etc. Different diameters are suitable for different coatings and spraying requirements. Larger diameters are suitable for high-viscosity coatings or large-area spraying, while smaller diameters are suitable for precise operations. 

Spray bottle capacity: There are various sizes available, such as 650mL and 750mL. A larger spray bottle capacity can reduce the frequency of refilling and improve work efficiency. 

Supply method: The main method is the siphon type. Air pressure is used to draw the coating from the spray bottle and then spray it out. This method can ensure a stable supply of the coating and is also convenient for controlling the flow rate of the coating. 

Spray width: Generally ranging from 160 to 200 mm. The spray width can be adjusted by the control knob according to actual needs to meet different requirements for spraying area and shape. 

Usage Notes 

Before spraying: Ensure that the paint container, components and air hose are securely attached to the spray gun. Adjust the air pressure according to the viscosity and properties of the paint. Generally, a pressure of 0.25 - 0.4 MPa is suitable. The viscosity of the paint is most appropriate at 17 - 23 seconds. 

During spraying: Maintain a spraying distance of 15-20 cm, and ensure that the spray gun is perpendicular to the surface being sprayed. Move the spray gun at a constant speed to ensure uniform thickness of the paint film. 

After spraying: Clean the spray gun in time. Soak the air cap, paint nozzle and other components in a diluent and clean them with a brush. When cleaning the paint channel, spray a small amount of diluent to prevent residual paint from blocking the nozzle.
