FAQS:

Question A:  What kinds of blockage problems might occur with the H-2000?

Answer A: 1.Nozzle blockage

Symptoms: Uneven coating atomization, intermittent or complete lack of paint output.

Causes: Residual coating after curing, foreign substances entering the nozzle, incomplete cleaning, or excessively high coating viscosity.

Solutions:Remove the nozzle and soak it in a special solvent (such as thinner) before cleaning with a soft brush.

Check the coating viscosity (preferably controlled at 17-20 seconds, 1/4 cup), and adjust it with the corresponding thinner if it is too high. 

2.Paint channel blockage

Symptoms: Unstable or interrupted paint flow.

Causes: Blockage of the suction pipe or air vents on the paint canister, resulting in insufficient negative pressure.

Solution: Clean the air replenishment holes of the paint canister and the suction pipe to ensure a clear air path.

Question B:  What are the reasons for the intermittent gas supply failure of H-2000, and how can it be resolved?

Answer B: Cause: The nozzle is not tightened properly, there is insufficient paint, or the connecting nut is loose.

Solution: Tighten the nozzle and connecting parts, and replenish the paint.
