Adjustment method: Turn this knob to the maximum position, then adjust the air pressure to approximately 2 - 2.5 bar using the pressure regulating gauge provided with the spray gun as needed. However, in actual use, the air pressure can be appropriately adjusted within the range of 0.4 - 0.6 MPa based on the type of paint, its viscosity, and the specific requirements of the spraying process. 

2.Adjustment of paint output 

Adjust the flow control knob: Usually, there is a paint flow adjustment knob on the spray gun. Tighten it, then rotate it counterclockwise by about 2.5 turns. If you need to increase the paint output, you can continue to rotate the knob counterclockwise; if you want to reduce the paint output, then rotate the knob clockwise. 

Consider other factors: The amount of paint output is also related to the viscosity of the coating. The higher the viscosity, the less the paint output. The viscosity of the coating can be adjusted by changing the ratio of the diluent, thereby affecting the paint output. 

When adjusting the air supply volume and paint output, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the balance between the two, while also observing the atomization degree of the paint liquid at the spray gun nozzle and the size of the fan-shaped area, in order to achieve the best spraying effect.
